Fix Auto Allen Expressway

This was by far my most pleasant experience with customer service in a very long time.
I dropped in unexpectedly to inquire about having the bushings changed in one of the doors on my jeep. I changed three doors but could not dislodge the fourth door. It had swelled out and completely seized. After visiting different locations and being told they could not remove it without replacing all the hinges as well, and at an grossly inflated price I found FIX AUTO.
I dealt with Ajay at the front desk. He went out and took a look at the door with one of his crew members and 45 minutes later my door was repaired.

AJ and His partner at the front name Taylor Is amazing very helpful great experience first time I visit the location, I do really recommend to go here when doing dodge/ram etc warranty repair works.

Very easy and they will search for more to make sure car is right shape nothing more manufacture defects. I came in from hood scoop issue and AJ did a good job 5 stars for all of them. They actually fix the issues but like I said he did search more
he found that my hood got some paint manufacturer defects, bravo he found the actual problem that i didn’t notice.

My Durango got rust already after 3 months of owning due to bumper defects the gaps are worst took me long time to bother Cooksville to get it fix they tried to trick me that wasn’t existing before the gaps lol. After 4 months they end up fixing it they got run out of excuses, and I end up going to omvic reporting that dealership and they fix it finally after 4 months. Never going back there again !! Everytime I go there my Durango will have some problem.

I got this car from Dodge Cooksville 2024 Durango GT too many problems when I got it, front bumper gaps after 3 months starts to rust the right fender etc and they’re not easy to go through with warranty too many Bs words back and forth not like Downsview Dodge they’re very easy on warranty work and honest. Since then I will start going to downsview dodge from now on never on Cooksville dodge shame on them.

2024 Durango GT only 12K ODO I got it brand new I got all the warranties because that’s what the cooksville sold me all of them and not welling to do my warranty with them they even quote me for my bumper gaps they claim it to me that I damage it, and to pay on my own pocket shame on them.

Period the car they give me from Cooksville
I know they’re aware that there’s a lot of defects, Many stuff was not working when
I got it and some scratch, bumper gap turns to rust, cargo light not working etc.
I WONDER WHAT IS THE OTHER PROBLEM IS HIDING HMM

But 5 stars to AJ and his Team thank you guys.

Negative on Cooksville shame on them salesman are nice you know why guys lol.
And service department Awful service they’re not listening to you making you believe it’s not covered under warranty and words of “OH THAT DID NOT EXIST” when you pick up the car and paying out on your pockets, good thing I took pictures I have a record. During picking the vehicle didn’t much have time to check out the brand new Durango salesman was on my side bothering me showing the tech etc smh . Grateful on my pictures I can watch it back.

Save the time and money go to Downview Dodge for warranty works AJ is the right person.

Much apologies to Ajay and his team for this very late review as the work was done in August 2024, but I misfiled all the paperwork. I came in to have a rear bumper replaced after being rear-ended and Ajay and team made the process quick and seamless. There was minimal waiting. After a professional assessment and paint match on the 1st visit, all I needed to do was come back a few days later to have the new bumper installed. Everything looked great and I can't thank them enough for saving me time and effort as they made the whole process so simple. I definitely recommend this place as I received great friendly service and a speedy top-notch repair!

A.J is one of the best customers service guys i ever got to see in action. He go's all out to try to make this right with customers from what I seen, he gets hands on with the fixing.the mechanics are on point as well. Put my rav4 in for repairs back Bumper.. when they gave it back, there was some back up light problem but they got on it.
